People have been asking me for years if
they could borrow my tapes to
watch them. Unfortunately, since my tapes were quite fragile, I would
generally shy away from making copies or letting people borrow
them.
But with today's bandwidth and hard drive sizes, I've made my copy of
the entire series available for download. These episodes were
originally broadcast in the early 80's on KIKU Channel 13 in Honolulu,
Hawaii, with subtitles provided by JN Productions. They were
recorded off air onto Beta tapes by my dad (thanks Daddy!!), and later
transferred to DVD and finally encoded to Divx files. Although
Toei maintains the copyright for the series, and has released it to
Region 2 DVD in Japan, these videos are
shared freely on a collector-to-collector basis, because of lack of
availablilty outside of Japan, especially with English subtitles.
Please enjoy them, but keep them freely available for all fans, and
maintain the credit of where they came from.
- To download the series you will need to download an install BitTorrent.
- If you would like to view selected episodes and not the whole
series, when you click open the torrent file, you can check or uncheck
specific episodes to download.
- After you have downloaded the files, please keep them in your
BitTorrent queue, so that they will seed for other people to download.
- You will need the DivX 6.8 software to play them.
